Pre-Shoot Preparation Guide

Follow this comprehensive checklist to ensure your property looks its absolute best for the 3D tour

1General Preparation
  • Remove all personal items and clutter from visible areas
  • Clean all surfaces, windows, and mirrors thoroughly
  • Ensure all lights are working and replace any burnt-out bulbs
  • Open all blinds and curtains to maximize natural light
  • Remove or minimize visible cords and cables
  • Arrange furniture to create clear walking paths
2Interior Preparation

Bedrooms

  • Make all beds with fresh, wrinkle-free linens
  • Remove personal photos and items from nightstands
  • Organize closets if they will be photographed
  • Ensure bedroom doors are open or positioned as desired

Personal Items

  • Store toiletries, medications, and personal care items
  • Remove family photos and personal memorabilia
  • Clear refrigerator of magnets, photos, and papers
  • Hide trash cans or ensure they are empty and clean

Kitchen & Counters

  • Clear all countertops of appliances and items
  • Clean and organize inside of refrigerator if it will be opened
  • Ensure dishwasher and other appliances are closed
  • Remove dish towels and cleaning supplies from view

Bathrooms

  • Close all toilet lids
  • Remove personal items from counters and shower areas
  • Arrange towels neatly and uniformly
  • Ensure mirrors and fixtures are spotless
  • Clear shower/tub of bottles and personal items

Windows

  • Clean all windows inside and out if possible
  • Open blinds and curtains to let in maximum light
  • Remove window clings, decals, or temporary decorations
  • Ensure window treatments are positioned uniformly
3During the Shoot
  • Typical shoot duration: 1-3 hours depending on property size
  • All main living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms will be captured
  • Closets and unfinished areas can be included upon request
  • Please note: We capture the property as-is; staging is not included
  • Pets should be secured in a separate area during filming
  • Property should be vacant during the shoot for best results
